WATER COURSES

 Unvented Hot Water

One day Training & Assessment course which trains candidates who wish to install and maintain Unvented Hot Water Systems up to 500 litres in the installation and safety requirements and to meet Building Regulations (G3). Price includes training, assessment and course materials.

 Legionella Water Treatment & Prevention

One day course trains candidates on the requirements of the L8 Building Regulations, the various methods of water disinfection and how to assess the risk of Legionella being present. This course is particularly useful for those who manage properties, or those who are involved in the installation of hot or cold water systems.

 Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) Certificate

This course covers the 1999 Water Regulations, and requires no pre-course study on behalf of the candidate, as all the requirements are covered during the course. Successful candidates will receive a certificate and card which will allow them to apply for approved plumbing contractor status with the Water Authorities. Price includes training, assessment and course materials.

 OFTEC Oil Package

4 Day Training and Assessment package, includes 2 days training. Assessments in OFT101 - (Domestic/light commercial oil firing servicing and commissioning UKAS accredited assessment for Pressure Jet Appliances), OFT 105E - (Domestic oil firing system installation and energy conservation measures in buildings UKAS accredited assessment), and OFT 600a - (Domestic & Non-Domestic oil storage and supply installation UKAS accredited assessment) including certification fee.
